Background

Over 150,000 Sq Ft

Anchorage is a landmark building situated in the heart of Salford’s international business quarter occupying a prominent waterside position. The block has recently undergone refurbishment including upgrading of the buildings infrastructure with high-speed internet, modern VRF heating and cooling system all integrated with IBOS technology.

Insights

By identifying where the buildings main plant was operating outside of its commissioned state, we were able to restrict run time’s and provide better temperature control of the buildings central plant. This is in turn lead to more efficient operation of the buildings VRF system and with further optimisations of this we were able to drive significant savings.
