History
Founded in 2020, IBOS emerged from a vision to tackle the challenges of outdated technology and insufficient real-time data in building management.
Our journey began with a simple goal: to optimise building systems and drive efficiency through cutting-edge technology. Partnering with Bubll Automation, Intelligent Building Operating System (IBOS) was developed. It’s a groundbreaking solution that leverages the latest IoT technology to provide precise data insights and dynamic control over energy usage, with a full wrap-around service.
Recognising a critical need for advanced property tech during his career in Project Management, IBOS Founding Partner James Hallworth assembled a team of dedicated building technology specialists to collaborate with onsite and remote building management teams to address these issues head-on.
From our early days, IBOS has grown rapidly, proving its value by reducing costs by an average of 25% and typically delivering a return on investment in just three months. Our focus has always been on transforming buildings into high-performing, sustainable assets for the future.
As we’ve expanded, IBOS has seamlessly integrated into various types of assets, from historic buildings to modern office blocks and bustling shopping centre. Our scalable solution has grown with our clients, optimising single properties to large portfolios to now be installed at over 5m sq ft of commercial space.
